Moving back to LA again and being courted to explore her talents was a natural progression. Soon she signed with Elite Models and appeared on comercials for Martini Rosso and Flex Revlon conditioner. By February 1984 she graced the cover of Cosmopolitan.

Sheridan debuted on tv in 1984′s Paper Dolls and got her first movie role the next year in Rob Reiner’s The Sure Thing, starring John Cusack and Daphne Zuniga. But was in 1986 when she became a household name portraying the beautiful, powerful and manipulative Paige Matheson on Knots Landing.
